According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Nov. 24, 7:02 p.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., “Mill Security request officer for subject they have in custody for Criminal Mischief.” Fifty-year old Dale Smith, Cottage Grove referred to the DA’s Office on the charge of Criminal Mischief II. “Permanently trespassed from the Casino.”
