According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Wednesday, Oct. 8, 3:24 a.m., 2300 block Delores Lane, 47-year old Shelly Atkinson, North Bend, arrested on charge of Probation Violation and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2:30 p.m., 29-year old Jerrod K. Strong, transient, arrested on NBPD warrant charging Resisting Arrest and Felon in Possession of a Restricted Weapon. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Police Officer Hold
Three entries Wednesday, Oct. 8, on the North Bend Police logs involving Police Officer Hold (POH), suicidal subjects. At 11:45 p.m., 57-year old female transported to Bay Area Hospital from McCullough Bridge, “possible suicidal subject in the area.” At 1:17 p.m., 2200 block Newmark St., Kozy Kitchen, “RP reports subject came in and asked them to call 911, he is feeling suicidal.” Thirty-two year old male transported to BAH on POH. At 5:23 a.m., McPherson & Virginia avenues, “CCSO reported they are on phone with male subject who is at location that is possibly suicidal. Officer transported subject to BAH on voluntary mental hold.”
