News release CCSO. On 01/25/2017, at approximately 1644 hours, Deputies with the Coos County Sheriff’s Office learned that 51 year old Kenneth Wagner of Coos Bay was at his mother’s residence at 61387 Old Wagon Road, Coos Bay, Oregon. Kenneth Wagner had absconded on his probation and had a Felony Warrant out of Coos County for Probation Violation. It was also reported that Mr. Wagner was armed and had been threatening to himself and others in the residence. A search warrant was obtained for the residence at 61387 Old Wagon Road to search for Wagner. Deputies responded and located Wagner at the residence. Wagner was arrested and transported to the Coos County Jail where he is currently held with no bail.
