A 20-year old Roseburg male is in custody following his arrest by Myrtle Creek police officers Sunday, Oct. 9, for allegedly committing sex crimes online. Tristan Whittington was charged with luring a minor and online sexual corruption of a child in the second degree. He reportedly had a fake Facebook account under the alias “James Tyler.” Whittington allegedly asked girls to send him nude photos, and some of the girls were underage. Police also discovered he had agreed to meet a 14-year for sexual activity.
