On 10/6/16 an ODFW Biologist received a mortality signal from a radio collared doe deer while conducting telemetry work. The biologist discovered the radio collared doe dead in a clear cut near mp 1 on the 1000 Line Rd. A Fish and Wildlife Trooper responded and determined the deer had been shot and left to waste.
