Sophomore center Ruth Hamblin tallied her fifth double-double of the season, scoring 17 and pulling down 14 rebounds, freshman Gabriella Hanson added 14 points of her own and the Oregon State women’s basketball team pulled away from Utah down the stretch in Gill Coliseum on Monday night, winning 60-47. The win, the Beavers’ third in a row, moves their record to 15-9 and 7-5 in conference play. OSU is now in sole possession of fifth place in the Pac-12, owns a 10-1 at home this season and a perfect 5-0 mark in league games in Gill for the first time as a member of the Pac-10/12.

After battling back from a double-digit deficit to tie the game up with 57 seconds remaining, the Oregon women’s basketball team couldn’t close it out and fell, 81-75, to Colorado on Monday night at Matthew Knight Arena. Chrishae Rowe led the Ducks with 23 points on 4-of-8 shooting beyond the arc while Jillian Alleyne was one rebound shy of a double-double (9) to go along with her 15 points. Oregon returns to action at 7:30 p.m. on Friday at Matthew Knight Arena. The Ducks meet USC in Pac-12 Networks game before playing host to UCLA on Monday night in another televised game.
