News release CCSO. On March 6, 2017 at approximately 11:43 pm, The Coos County Sheriff’s Office was conducting a patrol of the North Spit Overlook on Transpacific Parkway, a day use area. During the patrol check, Brian Stuart and Adeline Fisher were found in the back seat of an Acura Sedan in the parking lot. Stuart initially provided a false name however his true name was determined by Deputies and was found to be on parole. Based on the circumstances surrounding the contact, Stuart was arrested on a Parole Violation. After the completion of the investigation, Both Stuart and Fisher were charged with Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and transported to the Coos County Jail. Stuart is held without bail on the Parole Violation and will be referred to the District Attorney’s Office on the methamphetamine charge. Fisher was booked and released on her methamphetamine charge and is scheduled for a court date to appear for arraignment.
