Plane Crash South of Winchester Bay, Nov. 18

A homemade airplane from Florence crashed in the Oregon Dunes south of Winchester Bay Sunday, Nov. 18.  The crash occurred about 2:30 p.m. with two people on board.  They were air-lifted from the scene and transported to Bay Area Hospital in Coos Bay.  The plane is registered to a Raymond T. Hebert, Florence.
