Organizers of the annual Prefontaine Memorial 10K Run in Coos Bay have placed a date on their website for a race this coming Fall after not holding the event last year due to the COVID-19 virus. The date for this year’s run is Sept. 18, 2021 and registration is underway. The Newport Marathon will also return this year with a June 5th date on the Central Oregon Coast.
