North Bend’s girls’ soccer team advanced to the OSAA 4A Quarter-Final Championships with a 1-0 win at La Grande, Tuesday. The Bulldogs (10-4-1) will next play at Scappoose (14-1) on Saturday, Nov. 4, 2 p.m.

Brookings-Harbor’s girls lost at Catlin Gabel (Portland) 8-0 Tuesday in an OSAA 3A/2A/1A playoff. The Bruins finish 9-5-2. In the 3A/2A/1A Boy’s Second Round – Brookings-Harbor (12-4) lost to McLoughlin (Milton-Freewater) 8-0 Wednesday. Bandon/Pacific (13-2) lost to visiting Riverside 6-2.
