Mark your calendar for several Public Employee Retirement System (PERS) Town Halls designed for finance and business officers and policy decision makers of any PERS-participating employers. I will be joining PERS Executive Director Steve Rodeman as he holds town hall meetings around Senate District 5. These meetings will provide an opportunity for local employers and constituents to engage in a conversation about PERS and gain insight into the system. While these PERS town halls’ presentations are designed for budget analysts, administration and policy makers, the information may be of interest to a broad spectrum of people within D- 5.
