A magnitude 4.0 earthquake shook the northern end of two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast Tuesday morning, Aug. 12, shortly after midnight. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake was located in the Pacific Ocean 108-miles west of Port Hardy, Canada.
