Quakes, Sept. 19

A couple of small earthquakes shook the Cape Mendocino area of Northern California early Thursday morning, Sept. 19. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quakes were 2.6 magnitude & 2.8. They were located west to southwest of Ferndale, CA and south to southeast of Rio Dell, CA. Both near the southern junction of the two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast.
