RIDDLE, Ore. – A Riddle man is in custody on sex abuse charges following an investigation by Detectives. On Friday, August 28, 2020, deputies took a report of sexual abuse. Detectives took over the investigation and on March 4, 2021, the suspect, 40 year-old Joseph Clayton Harp of Riddle, was arrested. He was lodged at the Douglas County Jail on the following charges: Rape 1; Incest; Sex Abuse 1; The victim was known to Harp.
