Sex Abuse Victims Sought, Sept. 4

EPD release – Based on recent tips and information from this previously sent release on August 29, we are sharing it on this platform with the goal to reach other communities outside our immediate area. EUGENE POLICE NEWS RELEASE – AUGUST 29, 2019 – On August 28 at approximately 8:50 p.m., the Street Crimes Unit contacted Edward Paul Collicott, age 46, of Eugene, regarding warrants at a residence on Maxwell Road, between Bushnell Lane and North Park Avenue. Following contact with Collicott, he was arrested and transported to the Lane County Jail on the following charges: Three counts of Sex Abuse in the First Degree; Sexual Penetration in the First Degree; Sodomy in the First Degree; Felon In Possession of a Weapon; Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine; Unlawful Possession of Heroin; Felon In Possession of a Weapon. Police are continuing to investigate the warrants, which involve multiple sex crimes and multiple minor victims, and detectives are attempting to locate additional victims/minors who might have had contact with Collicot in the last 10 years.
