On Thursday, Marshfield moved one match behind the leaders with a 3-0 (25-23, 25-12, 25-17) win at Florence. The No. 1 ranked Lions beat Elmira at home 3-0, and the Spartans kept pace with a home 3-0 win over Junction City. Next Tuesday, Marist Catholic (3-0) is at Marshfield (2-1), CG (3-0) at JC (1-2), and Siuslaw (0-3) goes to Elmira (0-3).
