Southwestern Oregon Community College’s Small Business Development Center (Southwestern SBDC) is offering a three session training series that focuses on business growth through a powerful online presence. To kick off the series on January 10th the topic is Mobile Apps and Your Business.  Customers are using mobile devices to locate products and services.  Is your business being found?  Learn how to be where more and more customers are buying. On February 14th to class will cover Making Your Website Mobile Friendly.  Is your business being found online?  Learn how to build your online presence so customers find you no matter what mobile technology they are using. Finally, on March 14th we will cover Cyber Security.  So much business is now done online that thieves are targeting vulnerable businesses at an alarming rate.  Learn the techniques to foil online criminals intent on stealing from your business. The presenter for the series is Nick Wiley.   Nick’s career includes search engine optimization and content marketing coordinator for an internet marketing company, as well as owner of a consulting business providing internet marketing, website development, search engine optimization and social media management services. Nick is a member of the Social Media marketing Society and Social Media Club, plus holds certifications with Google, Constant Contact, HootSuite , and Yext.
