Southwestern Oregon’s basketball teams swept Chemeketa CC in Salem Saturday. The Laker women won 72-63, and then the SWOCC men beat the Storm 115-114. Southwestern hosts Mt. Hood Saturday at Prosper Hall on the Coos Bay campus. The women play at 2 p.m. and the men at 4 p.m. The Laker women are 7-8 (5th) in the NWAC South Region and 13-14 overall. The men are 6-9 (8th) in the South Region and 15-13 overall.
