SWOCC All-League
Co-Southern Region champion Southwestern Oregon Community College landed two players on the Region’s First Team for men’s basketball for the 2013-14 season. DJ Anderson and Dexter Williams were named to the First Team, while Anderson and LaDarrell Mongkholtham made the All-Defensive Team. Laker Coach Trevor Hoppe was honored as Co-Coach of the Year along the Portland CC’s Tony Broadous.

Southwestern Oregon plays Pierce Saturday morning, March 1, 8 a.m., in the opening round of the 16-team NWAACC men’s basketball tournament at Kennewick, WA. If the Lakers win, they’ll play at noon on Sunday, if they lose, they’ll play at 8 a.m. Sunday.
