Southwestern Oregon’s baseball team took three-out-of-four NWAC games from Clackamas. On Friday, at Oregon City, it was a split with Lakers winning the opener 6-4, but the Cougars grabbed the second game, 6-4. On Saturday, the two moved to Coos Bay and SWOCC took both games, 9-4, 1-0. Southwestern (10-6, 15-13) is at Umpqua on Thursday, April 4, 1 & 4 p.m. The Laker softball team swept two NWAC opponents at home. On Friday, SWOCC downed Centralia 5-3 & 10-2. On Saturday, Southwestern beat Grays Harbor 8-3 & 4-1 to move into first place in the NWAC Southern Division. Up next, SWOCC (10-2, 20-5) plays Wednesday, April 3rd at Lower Columbia (WA).
