Southwestern Oregon’s baseball team split a pair of NWAC games at Chemeketa (2-2, 9-14), Salem, Saturday. The Lakers won 7-0, but lost the second game 3-2. SWOCC (2-2, 13-11) is scheduled to play at Lane CC (3-1, 18-6), Eugene, Thursday, 1 & 4 p.m. Southwestern’s softball team swept visiting Lower Columbia (2-2, 8-8) Saturday, 4-2 & 9-2. The Lakers (8-0, 22-2) are scheduled to play at Chemeketa (2-2, 5-12), Salem, Tuesday, 3 & 5 p.m.
