Southwestern Oregon’s softball team took a pair of NWAC games from visiting Mt. Hood CC Saturday in Coos Bay. The Lakers won the first 1-0, and then took the second 6-5. SWOCC (4-0, 17-3) next plays at Chemeketa CC in Salem April 8. Southwestern’s baseball team got a split Saturday at Lane CC in Eugene. The Lakers won the first game 5-1, but dropped the second to the Titans 6-3. SWOCC (4-2, 7-14) gets LCC again on April 8, but at home in Coos Bay.
