Southwestern Oregon’s men were perfect at the Tacoma Crossover Basketball Tournament this past weekend. The Lakers went 3-0. On Friday, SWOCC downed Shoreline, 111-89. Dexter Williams scored 28-points. On Saturday, the Lakers beat Tacoma 98-91. No box score was available. Southwestern (11-3) then beat Columbia Basin on Sunday, 107-03. DJ Anderson with 26-points. At the SW Oregon Crossover Tournament in Coos Bay, the Laker women went 1-2. On Friday, Southwestern beat Olympic 71-51 in their opener Friday night. Kyla Siri and Aminata Cole each scored 23-points. On Saturday, Southwestern fell to Tacoma, 45-41. Siri and Tessa King each scored nine-points. On Sunday, SWOCC (11-5) fell to Umpqua, 86-69. Callie Franz scored 19.
