Southwestern Oregon’s baseball team went 2-2 over the weekend. The Lakers lost at Skagit Valley 2-1 on Saturday, but came back and took the nightcap 9-5. On Sunday, SWOCC beat Centralia 2-1, but fell in the second game 9-3. Southwestern (6-7) plays at Clark College in Vancouver, WA this Friday and Saturday. The Laker softball team competed in a South Inter-Regional Tournament at Portland. SWOCC beat Bellevue 11-0, fell to Everett 10-2, beat Centralia 16-12, lost to South Puget Sound 11-0, and fell to Green River 9-1. Southwestern (7-13) next hosts Chemeketa on April 1 to open NWAACC play.
