CCSO release – On Wednesday August 18, 2021, at about 5:44 pm, Coos County Deputies were dispatched to 64855 East Bay Rd in North Bend for a reported Violation of Restraining Order. The Caller had advised Dispatch that 57 year old Elizabeth Ann Matthews had been served the restraining order and told to be off of the property by 5:00 pm that same day, or she would be arrested. Upon the Deputies arrival at about 6:50 pm, Elizabeth was found on the property she had been restrained from. Elizabeth was transported to the Coos County Jail, where she was booked on the charge of Violation of a Restraining Order.
