Warrant arrests
News release from the Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office. “On January 10, 2014, at about 0113 hours, Coos County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to respond to 92524 Cape Arago Highway, Coos Bay in response to a disturbance occurring there. When Deputies arrived, John Shell and Amanda Lyons were contacted. As a result of the call and investigation, it was learned no crime had occurred as a result of the disturbance, however, Shell and Lyons both had active warrants for their arrests. Amanda Lyons and John Shell were taken into custody, Ms. Lyons for a Probation Violation Warrant and Mr. Shell for a Failure to Appear warrant from Douglas County. Both were transported to the Coos County Jail and booked.”
