Just Posted: Flu Bites Report for Week 43, October 20-26, 2019 – Summary: During Week 43, 1.1% of all emergency department visits in Oregon were due to influenza-like illness (ILI); Among Oregon labs reporting to the National Respiratory and Enteric Virus Surveillance System (NREVSS) and the state health department, 1.0% of specimens tested were positive for influenza; No influenza-related hospitalizations were reported during week 43 in the Portland tri-county metropolitan area; No influenza outbreaks were reported.
