Oregonians are tipping the bottle a little more since the Governor’s Stay at Home order during the COVID-19 pandemic. According to figures provided by the Oregon Liquor Commission, the state-controlled stores sold nearly $66 million in distilled spirits during the month of March, that’s a 20-percent increase over the previous year and a new record for the month of March. While walk-in liquor store’s sales are up, orders to bars and restaurants during March were down by more than half as compared to the previous year.
