News release Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office. On 09-21-2016 the Coos County Sheriff’s Office, in collaborative effort with Jordan Cove Energy Project and Roseburg Lumber will be conducting an all day, live training exercise at the Roseburg Lumber Chip Terminal on the North Spit. This exercise helps fulfill all 3 entities annual training requirements. As Roseburg’s Chip Terminal is a restricted access area, only exercise participants will be allowed at the site. An opportunity to speak with the Exercise’s Public Information Officer will be at 1000 at the North Bend City Council Chambers on the morning of the exercise.
